In addition, the joint motion for extension of pretrial deadlines 172 is granted, and the hearing date of September 3, 2019 is vacated. The deadline for the first exchange with respect to the final pretrial order is extended to September 9, 2019, the date for the second exchange is extended to September 16, and the deadline for the parties to meet and confer and resolve differences is extended to September 18, 2019.
