This case is dismissed in part for lack of jurisdiction under the Rooker-Feldman doctrine, in part for lack of jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1367(c)(3), and in part on the merits with prejudice. Plaintiff may pursue in state court any state law claims he has arising from Defendants alleged conduct in 2016 and 2017 (see Doc. 7 at 74-105). The 12/11/2017 status hearing 32 is stricken.
