MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order: For the reasons stated, defendants' motion to dismiss and strike, ECF No. 18, is granted in part and denied in part. The complaint, ECF No. 6, against the NFL is dismissed without prejudice for lack of stand ing, and Beckman's class action allegations are withdrawn.
