MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order signed by the Honorable Virginia M. Kendall on 7/30/2018. The Court grants JPMSs cross-petition 21 and confirms the Award in its entirety. Nosbaum's petition to vacate (Dkt. 1 -1) is denied. The Court therefore converts the Award into a final judgment in favor of JPMS and, pursuant to FINRA Rule 2080, directs the Central Registration Depository system to expunge the information related to FINRA Arbitration No. 15-02672 for broker Christopher D.
