MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order. Because the factual allegations in Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint that could potentially entitle Plaintiff to relief are inconsistent with the validity of his criminal convictions, see Heck v. Humphrey, Plaint iff has failed to state a claim on which relief can be granted. Accordingly, the Village of Palatine Defendants and the Village of Mount Prospect Defendants' motions to dismiss [63, 66] are granted.
