MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER signed by the Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly on 4/19/2019: For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion and Order, the Court grants the defendants' motion for summary judgment on the plaintiff's Title VII claim against the City of Chicago (count 1) and denies the motion on the plaintiff's section 1983 claim against Egan (count 2).
