The Court grants D efendant's motion to strike Plaintiff's request for punitive damages. Defendant must answer the fourth amended complaint by December 4, 2020. Persons granted remote access to proceedings are reminded of the general prohibition against photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting of court proceedings. Violation of these prohibitions may result in sanctions, including removal of court issued media credentials, restricted entry to future hearings, denial of entry to future hearings, or any other sanctions deemed necessary by the Court. Because it may be possible for Ms. Mack to cu re the deficiency as to her failure to accommodate claim with additional pleading, the dismissal is without prejudice and Ms. Mack is granted leave to file a Fourth Amended Complaint on or before July 24, 2020.
