The ruling date of 1/16/2018 is converted to a status hearing at 9:00 a.m. that morning, to be conducted b y telephone unless out-of-town counsel for defendants would prefer to hold it in person. Counsel are to jointly call chambers (312-435-5618). At the status hearing, the Court will set a schedule for discovery and pretrial proceedings.
