For the reasons stated in the Opinion, the government's motion for summary judgment 54 is granted in its entirety; and Defendant Terry and Denies Maier's cross-motion [ 65] for summary judgment is denied. The Court will enter judgment as follows: as of 06/22/2018, Terry James Maier owed the United States $1,764,433.80, and Denise Maier owed the United States $1,857,881.82. Pre-judgment and post-judgment in terest shall apply. The Court also declares that the government may also foreclose on both properties to which title is held by Banbury, because Banbury is the Maiers' nominee. A separate AO-450 judgment shall be entered on the docket separately. Status hearing of 04/05/2019 is vacated. Civil case terminated.
