The motion is granted as to any Fourteenth and Eighth Amendment claims brought against Sheriff Mark Curran and Chief David Wa then in their personal capacities. Further, because official capacity claims against these named defendants would be redundant of the claims against the Office of the Lake County Sheriff, Sheriff Mark Curran and Chief David Wathen are dismissed as de fendants in their official capacities.
