Filing 49 MOTION by Plaintiff Mantissa Corporation to amend/correct Scheduling Order (Kurk, Nicholas) |
Filing 48 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Young B. Kim: Plaintiff's renewed motion to compel #44 is denied without prejudice. On February 6, 2019, Plaintiff filed a motion to compel seeking supplemental answers to its interrogatories and requests to produce. In its renewed motion, Plaintiff seeks to compel Defendant to "produce documents." (R. 44 at 1.) As such, the current motion is not a motion seeking to reinstate the motion that was denied without prejudice on February 12, 2019. Also, the problem with the current motion is that it fails to identify specific documents requests and an explanation why Defendants' responses to those particular requests are inadequate. Plaintiff may file an amended motion to compel by no later than March 26, 2019, (no notice of motion is required) and Defendants have until April 2, 2019, to file a response thereto. The court will rule on the motion electronically. Mailed notice (ma,) |
