For the reasons stated in the Opinion, Defendant's motion 36 to dismiss is granted in large part and denied only as to the defamation and Deceptive Practices Act claims prem ised on the "Wild Calling" article. All other claims are dismissed with prejudice. The parties shall confer on the discovery going forward, which might be very limited. The status hearing of 10/03/2019 remains as previously scheduled, although the parties may jointly contact the courtroom deputy if they wish to postpone it for a few weeks.
