MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order signed by the Honorable Edmond E. Chang. For the reasons stated in the Opinion, the motions 55 60 to dismiss are granted as to the RICO claims, which are dismissed with prejudice on statute of limitations grounds. Th e Court relinquishes supplemental jurisdiction over the state law claims, so those claims are dismissed without prejudice to refiling in state court. The status hearing of 04/26/2019 is vacated.
