As to Interrogatory No. 4, the scope of this interrogatory is limited to employees meeting the following criteria: (1) they were accused of violating the anti-harassment policy; (2) they were hourly employees at the time of the accusation; and (3) the accusation was investigated and/or the outcome was decided by Labor Relations Associate Heather Lang. As to Request No. 22, Defendant is ordered to provide a copy of the accusations/charges identified in response to Interrogatory No. 4. As to Request No. 27, the Disciplinary Action forms for the complaints disclosed in response to Interrogatory 4 must be produced, including the documents Lang relied on when making her disciplinary decisions. When producing these documents, Defendant may anonyamize the records and redact personally identifying information included therein, as long as Defendant discloses the sex, race, and age (at the time of Lang's final decision on the harassment accusation) of the employees. Parties are ordered to supplement their discovery responses by October 26, 2018, and complete all fact discovery by December 28, 2018. The court suggests that Defendant reach out to the employee who filed the harassment complaint against Plaintiff and notify her that Plaintiff intends to seek her deposition.
