MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order: For the reasons stated in the Memorandum Opinion and Order, Aon's partial motion dismiss 73 is granted in part and denied in part. Signed by the Honorable Mary M. Rowland on 9/3/20. (For further detail see attach ed order.). Plaintiff and Aon are expected to participate in good faith in an effort to resolve the matters between themselves at the upcoming settlement conference. The Court will thereafter address matters raised by Plaintiff in Dkt. 92 about other potential parties. If the case does not settle, Aon shall file an answer to Plaintiff's third amended complaint within 21 days of the settlement conference.
