MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER signed by the Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly on 8/12/2020: For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion and Order, the Court grants the defendants' cross-motion for summary judgment on Spence's claims based on his Division 4 housing but otherwise denies this motion [dkt. no. 56]. The Court denies Spence's motion for partial summary judgment on his claim regarding the Cermak ramp [dkt. no. 49] but finds against the defendants on their equivalent access defense.
