Filing 13 ORDER: Plaintiff Rachel Dixon Love ("Plaintiff") brings this pro se action against her former employer the Board of Education of the City of Chicago ("Defendant") for alleged violations of the Age Discrimination Employment Act ("ADEA"), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and 42 U.S.C. 1981, and the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"). Currently before the Court are Plaintiff's revised application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #11 and motion for attorney representation #5 . For the reasons stated below, the application to proceed in forma pauperis #11 is granted. The Court directs the Clerk to file Plaintiff's complaint #1 . The Court appoints the U.S. Marshal to serve Defendant. The Court notes that Plaintiff has already returned the USM-285 form that is required for service. See 6 . The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this Order to Plaintiff. After the complaint has been served, the Court will promptly schedule an initial status hearing.
