ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied without prejudice. If Plaintiff wishes to pursue this litigation, by 10/22/2018, Plaintiff must either (a) submit a completed in forma pauperis application that is certified by an appropriate institutional official and includes a current certified copy of her trust fund activity for the six months preceding Plaintiff's submission of this complaint (through approximately July 23, 2018), or (b) pre-pay the full $400.00 statutory filing fee. Failure to do one of the foregoing by 10/22/2018 date will result in summary dismissal of this case. The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this Order to Plaintiff, along with an in forma pauperis application form. The Court defers screening of Plaintiff's complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915A or ruling on any other motions #4 until Plaintiff resolves her fee status. Signed by the Honorable Andrea R.
