ORDER: If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this action he must either (1) show good cause in writing why he should be allowed to proceed in forma pauperis and submit a certified trust fund statement showing activity in his account from January 20, 2018, to the date he responds to this order, or (2) pay the Court's $400.00 filing fee. Plaintiff may pay by check or money order made payable to Clerk, United States District Court. Failure to comply with this order by October 15, 2018, will result in summary dismissal of this case. Plaintiff is also advised that he must promptly submit a change-of-address notification if he is transferred to another facility or released. If Plaintiff fails to keep the Court informed of his address, this action will be subject to dismissal for failure to comply with a Court order and for failure to prosecute. The Court defers consideration of Plaintiff's complaint and motion for attorney representation until his fee status has been resolved. Signed by the Honorable Sharon Johnson Coleman on 8/30/2018.
