ORDER: Although Plaintiff indicated by letter dated July 31, 2018 #3 that he intends to pay the filing fee for this action, the Court has not yet received payment in full. Unless granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis, all inmates must pay the full filing fees for civil rights lawsuits or appeals they initiate. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1). Accordingly, Plaintiff shall pay the full $400 statutory fee by September 28, 2018, or this case will be summarily dismissed. Payment for this case, which should reference the case name and number, may be made by check or money order made payable to Clerk, United States District Court.
