ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied without prejudice because it is stale. If Plaintiff wants to pursue this litigation, he must: (1) pay the $400 statutory filing fee upfront or (2) submit a renewed application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis that (a) is certified by an authorized trust fund official and (b) attaches a copy of his current trust fund ledgers that shows activity in his account for the six month period preceding the initiation of this lawsuit (in other words, from approximately February 7, 2018, to the date of certification). Failure to comply with this order by October 22, 2018, will result in summary dismissal of this case. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 is denied without prejudice pending resolution of his fee status.
