ORDER: Petitioner's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. The five dollar filing fee is waived. This case is dismissed for want of subject matter jurisdiction as an unauthorized and successive habeas corpus petition, 28 U.S.C. 2244(b). The Court declines to issue a certificate of appealability. Any other pending motions are denied as moot. Respondents Mr. Thompson and Attorney General of the State of Illinois are terminated. The Clerk shall update the docket to reflect that: (1) Respondent is Scott Thompson, Acting Warden, Pinckneyville Correctional Center; (2) alter the case caption to Gilbert v. Thompson; and, (3) forward a copy of this order to the Clerk of Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in accordance with the Seventh Circuit's decision in Gilbert v.
