Gottschall: Plaintiff Jeffery Kolb's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted, and his motion to recruit counsel #4 to represent him is denied without prejudice. Pursuant to this court's standard practice, the request for recruitment of counsel may be revisited after an answer has been filed. The clerk shall issue summonses. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c)(3), the marshal is directed to serve the complaint and summons. The court advises Mr. Kolb, however, that he is responsible for completing and submitting the forms required by the US. Marshal's Service (form USM-285) before the complaint can be served. Plaintiff is strongly encouraged to make use of the pro se help desk, which is available to provide assistance.
