ORDER: Plaintiff has paid the full statutory filing fee associated with this action 3 . The Clerk is instructed to: (1) file Plaintiff's Complaint #1 ; (2) issue summons for service of the complaint on Defendant by the U.S. Marshal; and (3) send Plaintiff a blank USM-285 (Marshals service) form, a magistrate judge consent form, filing instructions, and a copy of this order. Plaintiff must complete and return a USM-285 form for service on Defendant. Failure to return the USM-285 by November 1, 2018, may result in dismissal of this case in its entirety. Additionally, Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 is granted. Attorney Norman B. Newman, Much, Shelist, Denenberg, Ament & Rubenstein, P.C., 191 N. Wacker Drive, Suite 1800, Chicago, IL 60605-1615, (312) 521-2000, nnewman@muchshelist.com is recruited to represent Plaintiff in accordance with counsel's trial bar obligations under N.D. Ill. Local Rules 83.11(h) and 83.37. Within 60 days of this order, counsel should enter an appearance for Plaintiff. The recruited attorney falls within the class of users listed in the Electronic Public Access fee schedule adopted by the Judicial Conference of the United States, therefore, the above-named attorney shall be exempt from the payment of fees for access via PACER to the electronic case files maintained in this court for the above-captioned case and the previous cases filed in this court by this plaintiff (15 CV 2350, 15 CV 3443, 16 CV 3173, 16 CV 6421, 16 CV 8337, 16 CV 11181, 17 CV 1895, 18 CV 2335) only. The recruited attorney is directed to open a separate PACER account to only be used for the above-captioned case, and fees are exempt for the above-captioned case and the previous identified cases filed in this court by this plaintiff only. The assigned attorney shall not be exempt from the payment of fees incurred in connection with other uses of the PACER system in this court. This exemption is valid immediately and for the duration of the attorney's participation in the matter. This exemption may be revoked at the discretion of the Court at any time. The attorney shall contact the PACER Service Center at 1-800-676 6856 or via the link below to create the new PACER account and to make any necessary arrangements for the waiver. A copy of this order shall be sent to the PACER Service Center at http://www.pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/register.html.
