Filing 7 ORDER: Plaintiff Aldo Ortega's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. The Court waives the initial partial filing fee and authorizes and orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to begin making monthly deductions in accordance with this order toward payment of the filing fee. The Court directs the Clerk to send a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at the Robinson Correctional Center. Plaintiff Cornelio Ortega's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #5 is likewise granted. The Court strikes the joint i.f.p. application #6 from Cornelio and Mara Ortega. The Court grants Mara Ortega an extension of time until October 31, 2018, either to file an i.f.p. application or pay the statutory filing fee. The Court directs the Clerk to mail an i.f.p. application to Mara Ortega. The Court orders Plaintiffs to explain in writing why the complaint should not be summarily dismissed as time-barred or, in the alternative, as barred by Cornelio and Mara Ortegas host site agreement and Plaintiff Aldo Ortega's MSR agreement.
