ORDER Signed by the Honorable Robert M. Dow, Jr. on October 11, 2018. By order dated August 28, 2018, the Court denied Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis without prejudice and ordered Plaintiff to either submit a properly completed application, including supporting documents, or pay the Court's $400.00 filing fee. [8.] At that time, the Court warned Plaintiff that failure to comply by September 27, 2018, would result in summary dismissal of this case. To date, Plaintiff has neither submitted a renewed application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis nor paid the filing fee.
