ORDER: Plaintiff's renewed motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis [#7] is granted. The Court waives the initial partial filing fee, but authorizes and orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to begin making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. These withdrawals would be in addition to Plaintiff's accrued obligations in the Central District. The Court directs the Clerk to mail a copy of this order to the trust account office at the Stateville Correctional Center. However, summonses shall not issue at this time. Plaintiff's complaint #1 is dismissed without prejudice. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this lawsuit, he must submit an amended complaint limited to a single, core claim against Defendants located in the Northern District of Illinois federal judicial district. Failure to submit an amended complaint by November 2, 2018, will result in summary dismissal of this lawsuit. The Court at this time defers ruling on Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 . Signed by the Honorable Jorge L. Alonso on 10/5/2018. Mailed notice (mma, )
