| Filing 14 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Young B. Kim: Preliminary settlement discussion held by phone. An in-person settlement conference is scheduled for January 10, 2019, at noon in courtroom 1019. Parties are ordered to review and follow this court's standing order on "Settlement Conferences" on its webpage. The individuals with the authority to settle this matter must appear in person. Plaintiff to provide her settlement position statement to Defendant, with a copy to the court (settlement_statement_kim@ilnd.uscourts.gov), by November 26, 2018. When copying the court, Plaintiff is directed to include a copy of Scott Van Sciever's April 23, 2018 memorandum and Plaintiff's May 9, 2018 response thereto. Defendant to respond with its settlement position statement, with a copy to the court, by December 7, 2018. Defendant must also provide a draft settlement and release to Plaintiff along with its position statements so that Plaintiff is advised of the collateral terms Defendant requires to resolve this matter. If the settlement position statements, including any exhibits, are more than 10 pages, parties must submit a hard copy by hand delivery or by mail to Chambers 1000.
