November 19, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 4 ORDER; For the reasons discussed below, Plaintiffs application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this case, he must: (1) pay the remainder of the filing fee in case no. 17-cv-6342; and (2) prepay the $400 filing fee in this case. Failure to fully comply with this order by January 18, 2019, will result in dismissal of this case with prejudice and may lead to referral to the Executive Committee (with a recommendation that it bar Plaintiff from filing new lawsuits in this Court until all his outstanding filing fees have been paid in full). Plaintiff may submit payment of his filing fees by check or money order payable to Clerk, United States District Court. Payment should be sent to the Clerk of Court, United States District Court, 219 South Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois 60604, attn: Cashier's Desk, 20th Floor, and should clearly identify Plaintiff's name and the case number assigned to this case.
