ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 granted. The Court orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to deduct $46.80 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial payment of the filing fee and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The Clerk shall send a copy of this order electronically to the Supervisor of Inmate Trust Fund Accounts at the Cook County Jail, who, as set forth below, should make deductions for this case and for two earlier cases in which Plaintiff was granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis: (1) Rodriguez v. Holstrom, No. 15 C 5001 (N.D. Ill.) (Norgle, J.), for which the Court's records indicate that Plaintiff has paid only $8.58 and still owes $341.42 toward the $350 fee; and (2) Rodriguez v. O'Bryon, No. 15 C 5002 (N.D. Ill.) (Norgle, J.), for which he has paid just $24.34 of the $350 fee, with $325.66 still due. Summonses, however, shall not issue. By 12-24, 2018, Plaintiff is ordered to show cause (i.e., explain in writing) why this case should not be dismissed for his failure to disclose a complete and accurate litigation history. This case will be dismissed if Plaintiff fails to comply. Any review of the substance of Plaintiff's claims or other pending motions will be deferred until Plaintiff has complied with this order.
