Filing 5 ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. The court orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to deduct $14.66 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial payment of the filing fee and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's current place of incarceration. Plaintiff's complaint #1 , however, is dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 is granted. The Court requests that Amanda Tiebert Collman, Robbins, Schwartz, Nicholas, Lifton & Taylor, Ltd., 55 West Monroe Street, Suite 800, Chicago, Illinois 60603, tel: (312) 332-7760, represent Plaintiff in accordance with counsel's trial bar obligations under the District Court's Local Rule 83.37 (N.D. Ill.). Recruited counsel falls within the class of users listed in the Electronic Public Access fee schedule adopted by the Judicial Conference of the United States. Ms. Collman is therefore exempt from the payment of fees for access via PACER to the electronic case files maintained in this court for this case, and is directed to open a separate PACER account for use in this case only. Counsel shall not be exempt from the payment of fees incurred in connection with other uses of the PACER system in this court. This exemption is valid for the duration of counsels participation in the matter and may be revoked at the court's discretion at any time. Counsel shall contact the PACER Service Center at 1-800-676 6856 or via the link below to create the new PACER account and to make any necessary arrangements for the waiver. A copy of this order shall be sent to (1) the PACER Service Center at http://www.pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/register.html; and (2) the Systems Department of the Northern District of Illinois. A status hearing is set for December 13, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. Ms. Collmanl should be prepared to advise the court at the status hearing how long she will need to file an amended complaint that comports with her obligations under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11.
