| Filing 6 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Manish S. Shah: Plaintiff Dewayne Chester initiated this lawsuit while he was detained at Cook County Jail. Shortly thereafter, Plaintiff was transferred to the Illinois Department of Corrections. Based on a check of the IDOC website, Plaintiff was paroled on Nov. 7, 2018, and is no longer in custody. Before the Court addresses Plaintiff's in forma pauperis application or undertakes an initial review of his complaint, Plaintiff must update his address with the Court. See Ball v. City of Chicago, 2 F.3d 752, 756 (7th Cir. 1993) (stating that the district judge may dismiss a case for failure to prosecute where "an unrepresented plaintiff changed his address and did not give the court his new one"). Failure to do so by December 13, 2018, will result in dismissal of this case for want of prosecution. The Clerk is directed to mail a copy of this order to Plaintiff's last-known address, as reflected on the docket, and to 7 Olympic Village, Apt. 3D, Chicago Heights, IL 60411, the home address Plaintiff provided upon filing.
