ORDER : By Order of November 13, 2018, the Court denied Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP") pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(g) and directed him to pay the full statutory filing fee of $400.00. See ECF No. 6. The Court warned Plaintiff that failure to pay the statutory filing fee by December 7, 2018, would result in summary dismissal of this case. Despite the admonition, Plaintiff has not responded to the payment order. Accordingly, the case is dismissed for nonpayment. The Court directs the Clerk to enter final judgment in this matter.
