ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis [#3 ] is granted. The Court authorizes and orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to deduct $39.70 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial payment of the filing fee, and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. However, the complaint is summarily dismissed on initial review pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915A for failure to state a cognizable federal claim. The case is terminated. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation [#4 ] is denied as moot. The Court directs the Clerk to enter final judgment. The Court further instructs the Clerk to electronically send a copy of this order to the Supervisor of Inmate Trust Fund Accounts at the Cook County Jail.
