Filing 19 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Young B. Parties are ordered to adhere to the following discovery schedule: (1) exchange MIDP disclosures by February 7, 2019; (2) serve written discovery requests by February 15, 2019; (3) serve answers to written discovery requests by March 8, 2019; (4) confer about the adequacy of the discovery responses by March 15, 2019 (the court will not consider general objections to written discovery requests if the court must address and rule on written discovery disputes); (5) file a joint status report identifying each side's written discovery issues, if any, along with the relevant written discovery responses as exhibits by March 22, 2019; (6) appear for a status hearing on March 27, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. in courtroom 1019 to discuss the written discovery issues identified; (7) complete all fact discovery by May 1, 2019 (given this schedule, the parties should schedule the necessary depositions for the month of April as soon as possible and cancel them later if not needed); (8) Plaintiff to serve its Rule 26(a)(2) report on Defendants by June 3, 2019; (9) Defendants to depose Plaintiff's experts by June 28, 2019; (10) Defendants to serve their Rule 26(a)(2) reports by July 15, 2019; and (11) Plaintiff to depose Defendants' experts by August 15, 2019.Mailed notice (lxs, ) |
