ORDER: Plaintiff Florencio Craig initiated this lawsuit while incarcerated in the Illinois Department of Corrections. Based on a check of the IDOC website, Plaintiff was paroled on December 20, 2018, and is no longer in custody. Before the Court addresses Plaintiff's in forma pauperis application or undertakes an initial review of his complaint, Plaintiff must update his address with the Court. See Ball v. City of Chicago, 2 F.3d 752, 756 (7th Cir. 1993) (stating that the district judge may dismiss a case for failure to prosecute where "an unrepresented plaintiff changed his address and did not give the court his new one"). Failure to do so by January 30, 2019, will result in dismissal of this case for want of prosecution. The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this order to Plaintiff's last-known address, as reflected on the docket, and to attorney William J. McKenna, Jr., Foley & Lardner, 321 N. Clark Street, Suite 2800, Chicago, IL 60654, wmckenna@foley.com, who represents Plaintiff in two other pending cases.
