ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. The initial partial filing fee is waived. The Court orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiffs place of incarceration to make monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The Clerk of Court is directed to send a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at the institution currently having custody of Plaintiff and to the Shawnee Correctional Center with Inmate No. K-60622. Summonses, however, shall not issue. Plaintiff's complaint #1 is dismissed without prejudice to Plaintiff pursuing relief through a federal petition for writ of habeas corpus after exhausting state court remedies or renewing his Heck-barred claims in federal court after he has lifted the bar as explained below. Because Plaintiffs complaint does not state a claim upon which this Court may grant relief, this dismissal counts as one of Plaintiffs three allotted dismissals under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g).
