ORDER: After a careful review of this recently filed pro se complaint, the Court concludes that the complaint does not state a plausible cause of action against the named defendant. Moreover, plaintiff is required to exhaust her administrative remedies prior to bringing a lawsuit against a federal agency. Plaintiff's lawsuit is therefore dismissed without prejudice.
