ORDER: Plaintiff Dominique Coleman initiated this lawsuit while she was detained at the Cook County Jail. Plaintiff has since been released #5 . Before the Court assesses Plaintiff's in forma pauperis application, which shows an inability to pre-pay the $350.00 fee (but an ability to pay $2.07 as an initial partial payment), Plaintiff must submit an updated in forma pauperis application showing her current financial and employment status, so the Court can assess her ability to pay the filing fee in light of her release. See Robbins v. Switzer, 104 F.3d 895, 897-98 (7th Cir. 1997) (the Prison Litigation Reform Act applies if a plaintiff filed suit while incarcerated, and the plaintiff remains responsible for payment of the full filing fee). The Clerk of Court is directed to send Plaintiff a blank in forma pauperis application, which she must complete and return if she wishes to proceed with this case. Further, Plaintiff must file a notice of change-of-address with the Court. See Ball v. City of Chicago, 2 F.3d 752, 756 (7th Cir. 1993) (stating that the district judge may dismiss a case for failure to prosecute where "an unrepresented plaintiff changed his address and did not give the court his new one"). Failure to fully comply with this order by February 1, 2019 will result in dismissal of this case for want of prosecution. The Clerk is directed to mail a copy of this order to the home address Plaintiff provided upon filing this lawsuit, 505 Northport Dr., Apt. 4, Madison, WI 53704.
