January 24, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 10 ORDER: The Court erroneously assigned attorney Todd Kenneth Hayden to this case after recruiting him for another recent matter. On the Court's own motion, Mr. Hayden is withdrawn from this case. In Mr. Hayden's stead, the Court requests that Mark I. Tivin / O'Connell, Tivin, Miller & Bums, LLC / 135 S. LaSalle Street, Suite 2300 / Chicago, Illinois 60603 (312) 256-8800/ mark@djoalaw.com represent Plaintiff in accordance with counsel's trial bar commitment under Local Rule 83.37 (N.D. Ill.). January 23, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 9 ORDER: Plaintiff's motion for clarification [#8] is granted. The Court's Fiscal Department has confirmed that Plaintiff has an outstanding balance in connection with Griffin v. Wexford Case No. 14 CV 0029 (N.D. Ill.) only. Accordingly, the Court directs Plaintiff's trust fund officer to collect 20% rather than 60% of all income into Plaintiff's trust account and forward the funds to the Court Clerk until the accrued filing fee for that case is paid. The Court directs the Clerk to send a copy of this order to the trust account office at Plaintiff's place of confinement. In addition, the Court instructs its Fiscal Department to credit the 42.50 overpayment received in Griffin v. Wexford, Case No. 14 CV 2906 (N.D. Ill.) to the outstanding balance of 42.50 Gr(ffin v. However, Plaintiff's trust fund officer must collect 60% of all income into Plaintiff's trust account and forward the funds to the Court Clerk until accrued filing fees from other cases are paid. The Court directs the Clerk to send a copy of this order to the trust account office at Plaintiff's place of confinement. Summonses shall not issue at this time.
