Filing 10 ORDER. Pro se plaintiff Cavaricci D. Jones' motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied without prejudice because it is incomplete. In particular, plaintiff's response to question number 2 is deficient. Plaintiff says that he is not employed, but he does not identify his last employment information. By 3/29/19, Mr. Jones must either (1) submit a renewed IFP application, or (2) pay the full statutory filing fee of $400.00. If he fails to comply with this Order, the Court will summarily dismiss this case. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 shall be held in abeyance pending resolution of his fee status. Plaintiff is also advised that, if he chooses to do so, he may obtain the free limited assistance of an attorney by scheduling an appointment with the William J.
