If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this action, he must pay the full statutory filing fee of $400. Even if he pays the fee, however, this case will not necessarily proceed as Plaintiff must also show good cause in writing why this case should not be dismissed with prejudice for his failure to fully disclose his litigation history.
