Filing 3 ORDER: Plaintiff's complaint #1 is dismissed as duplicative of the complaint submitted in Perez v. Dart, No. 18 C 5249 (N.D. Ill.) (Coleman, J.). This case is administratively closed. Because the Court is administratively closing this case, a filing fee will not be assessed under 28 U.S.C. 1915(b) nor will a "strike" be assessed under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). Plaintiff is warned, however, that future duplicative lawsuits may be dismissed as frivolous or malicious under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). See Smith v. Gleason, No. 12-cv-633-WMC, 2013 WL 6238488, at *7 (W.D. Wis. Nov. 27, 2013) ("Repetitive allegations are considered malicious and are grounds for dismissal under the PLRA.") (citing Lindell v.
