ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP") #3 is denied for lack of a sufficient showing of indigency. The Clerk is directed to change the spelling of Defendants' names on the docket to "Tom Dart" and "Superintendent Jane Doe." If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this lawsuit, he must: (1) pre-pay the $400.00 filing fee and (2) show good cause in writing why this case should not be dismissed based on apparent false statements in his IFP application. Plaintiff's failure to comply with both obligations by April 8, 2019 will result in the summary dismissal of this case.
