ORDER Dismissing Case signed by the Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly on 4/12/2019: The Court understands the habeas corpus petition to be challenging Petitioner's Cook County conviction. Consequently, this case is dismissed for want of subject matter jurisdiction as an unauthorized and successive habeas corpus petition, 28 U.S.C. 2244(b). Petitioner should bring a habeas corpus petition in the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois if he wishes to challenge the revocation of good conduct credit and/or if he believes he has completed his prison sentences and is entitled to his immediate release. The Court declines to issue a certificate of appealability. All pending motions are terminated #1 #3 #5 . Petitioner is admonished that repeated challenges to his Cook County conviction are frivolous, and he should bring no additional habeas corpus petitions challenging his conviction. Additional efforts to pursue a frivolous petition may result in the imposition of sanctions pursuant to Alexander v. United States, 121 F.3d 312 (7th Cir. 1997), and/or the revocation of good conduct credit pursuant to 730 ILCS 5/3-6-3(d). Respondents Director I.D.O.C., State of Illinois, and Attorney General of Illinois are dismissed. The Clerk shall: (1) update the docket to reflect that Terry Kennedy is the Warden of the Pontiac Correctional Center; and (2) alter the case caption to Nichols v. Kennedy. Civil Case Terminated.
