The Court cannot conclusively determine from Plaintiff's affidavit #4 how her annual income compares to the federal poverty line. The Court requires further specification and clarification in response to Questions 4(g), 8, and 10. In Question 4(g), Plaintiff should clarify who the support is for, and in Question 10, she should answer the full question: "state your relationship to each person and state whether you are entirely responsible for the person's support or the specific monthly amount you contribute to his or her support."
