Filing 9 ORDER: Plaintiff Korey Rutledge has filed a pro se complaint along with a motion to proceed in forma pauperis, that is, without paying the usual filing fee. The Court is attempting to determine, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2), whether Mr. Rutledge's complaint states a claim upon which relief may be granted. To do so, the Court needs to clarify with Mr. Rutledge what the wrongdoing is that he is alleging in this lawsuit. The Court sets the case for a status hearing in court on July 22, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. and directs Mr. Rutledge to appear at that time.
