April 4, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 7 ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #4 is granted. The court authorizes and orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to deduct $83.21 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial payment of the filing fee, and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The court directs the Clerk to send a copy of this order to the trust account office at Plaintiff's place of confinement. Summons shall not issue at this time, however. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #5 is granted. The court requests that Constantine Koutsoubas / Kelley Drye & Warren LLP / 333 W.
