ORDER: By order dated April 12, 2019, the Court denied Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis because Plaintiff has "struck out" and ordered Plaintiff to pay the Court's $400 filing fee #7 . The Court warned Plaintiff that failure to pay the filing fee by May 31, 2019, would result in summary dismissal of this case. Plaintiff has not paid the filing fee. Accordingly, this case is dismissed without prejudice for Plaintiff's failure to pay the filing fee. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to terminate all pending motions as moot. Case closed. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to send a copy of this order to the trust fund officer of the facility having custody of Plaintiff. The Court orders the trust fund officer at the facility having custody of him to make monthly deductions in accordance with this order as set forth below. The Court directs the trust fund officer to ensure that a copy of this order is mailed to each facility where Plaintiff is housed until the filing fee has been paid in full.
