But the Court does not have jurisdiction over this case because the parties are not diverse. Plaintiff is a Chinese corporation, a foreign citizen. Although Plaintiff names several Defendants who appear to be U.S. citizens, it also names Agroindustrial Arica S.A., a Chilean corporation and thus a foreign citizen. Because foreign parties are on both sides of the suit, with only U.S. citizens named as Defendants, diversity of citizenship does not exist. See Extra Equipamentos E Exportacao Ltda. v. Case Corp., 361 F.3d 359, 361 (7th Cir. 2004) ("The diversity jurisdiction does not extend to a suit in which there is a U.S. citizen on only one side of the suit and foreign parties on both sides[.]").
